We would like to inform our customers about our purpose and methods of collecting, processing and transferring personal data and, accordingly, your rights arising from the Law.
- Methods of collecting personal data
As Rodi Jeans, as the data controller, within the framework of our legal obligations arising from the legislation; we collect your personal data verbally, through the website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means, verbally, in writing or electronically, for the purposes of allowing you to benefit from the services of our brands, informing you about our campaigns with your approval, recording your suggestions and complaints, creating better service standards for you, determining and implementing Rodi Jeans commercial and business strategies.
- Processing of personal data and purposes of processing
As Rodi Jeans, in the capacity of data controller, through our call centers, written communication channels, social media pages, mobile communication channels, in-store communication channels and/or all kinds of channels including but not limited to these; your personal and/or special personal data that we obtain with your consent can be obtained, recorded, stored, changed, updated, periodically checked, rearranged, classified, kept for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed or for the period stipulated in the relevant law, shared/transferred with private-legal entities that Rodi Jeans works with or public institutions and organizations that it is legally obliged to and/or relevant 3rd party real persons/legal entities residing in Turkey or abroad, and transferred abroad in case of legal or service-related actual requirements.
We would like to inform you that we may process your personal data for the purposes of enabling Rodi Jeans customers to benefit from the services of our brands, informing you about our campaigns with your approval, recording your suggestions and complaints, creating better service standards for you, determining and implementing Rodi Jeans commercial and business strategies, and in any case in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation.
- Transfer of Personal Data
Rodi Jeans may only share your personal data in question with our group companies, business partners, customers with whom we have agreements and provide services due to our activities, suppliers, audit companies or public institutions or organizations authorized to request such data due to a legal obligation, including but not limited to other relevant authorities, in order to carry out the Company's activities, to ensure the business relationship between data owners and our customers and/or to hold meetings for this purpose, to provide services, opportunities and facilities and to increase the quality of service, provided that sufficient measures are taken within the country based on your explicit consent or within the framework of the security and confidentiality principles specified in the Law, and abroad provided that the necessary security measures are taken.
- Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law (“Law”)
Rodi Jeans will respond to the following requests from interested parties:
- a) To learn whether Rodi Jeans processes personal data about them and which personal data it processes,
- b) Obtaining information regarding the purposes of the processing activity,
- c) To know the third parties to whom Rodi Jeans transfers personal data, either domestically or abroad,
- d) Request correction of personal data in case it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- e) Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the law,
- f) In case of a request for correction, deletion or destruction of personal data; to request that the actions taken be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- g) To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems, and
- h) Receiving a copy of your personal data.
