Delivery Information

1) You can make the payment by Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to any of our accounts below.

2) You can benefit from our online single payment or online installment opportunities of banks with your credit cards through our website. In your online payments, the amount will be withdrawn from your credit card at the end of your order. In case of order cancellations due to possible order cancellations or stock problems, the money will be refunded to your credit card within 3 business days.

3) Order Price Refund

In case of cancellation of your orders due to possible reasons; Rodijeans.com Ticaret will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide your bank account information and/or credit card information accurately and completely to our company's financial authorities.

4) Delivery

We deliver the products you have ordered to the cargo on the same day. For products that take time to be procured, the cargo delivery period is 3 business days as stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of a possible delay in delivery. In order for the product delivery to be carried out without delay, please inform the address of your location as the delivery address during the day. Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be sent with the UPS cargo company. After your orders are approved, they will be delivered to the Cargo company within 2 (two) business days at the latest. You can consult our customer representative and discuss different delivery terms. In addition, cargo deliveries are only valid for Turkey.

5) Payment Tracking

If the system in question cannot perform the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed of this situation as a result of the payment page. In case of any error at the specified address, the orderer is contacted regarding the order that could not be delivered. The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic e-mail sent after the order is transferred. We are responsible to the bank we use the credit card system as well as the customer for the delivery.

Please pay attention!

Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the authorized person of the company you received them from. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product after a report is prepared by the cargo company. After the product is received, it is assumed that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty completely. If the product is damaged: Please report the situation by sending the report you have prepared to e-siparis@rodijeans.com.tr as soon as possible. If you perform these procedures, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible. If you briefly explain why you want to return the product in this e-mail, you will have helped us in our work on the product.

DO NOT GIVE UP

You can return the product you have purchased without opening its packaging, using it, or allowing it to deteriorate within (7) days from the date of delivery. Before returning the product, please send an e-mail stating the reason for return and including your invoice number and order number to e-siparis@rodijeans.com.tr . Our company will contact you as soon as it receives the e-mail or fax you sent, and you will be informed on how to return the product. The invoice issued to your name should be sent back with the product. Another product or the price of the product will be refunded to your credit card instead of the returned product. Transportation expenses incurred due to the return will be covered by you.

Items Damaged During Transport

Products damaged during transportation should not be accepted and a report regarding the damage should be prepared with the transportation company. The product should not be returned due to small dents that may occur in the box or packaging, in a way that will not damage the product. However, after it is received by you, the transportation company will be deemed to have fulfilled its duty. After you submit the damage report of the rejected product to our store, our store will deliver the new product to you in the shortest time possible in the healthiest way possible.

Faulty Products

Please send the faulty products that were not noticed during delivery and occurred in the application to e-siparis@rodijeans.com.tr stating the fault and including your invoice and order numbers. If your reason for return is deemed appropriate, the faulty product will be replaced with a new one after you send the invoice together with the returned product to our store. The transportation costs incurred due to the return will be covered by you.
